Yes, we ship to any location in Italy.

Yes, we send free spare parts to wholesalers, corresponding to 3% of the total hairdryers purchased. It is also possible to order more spare parts, which will be charged.

Our payment methods are as follows:

ITALY:

  • Advance payment by bank transfer.
  • RIBA (for amounts over €1,000.00; for amounts under €1,000.00, a €6.00 collection fee applies).
  • For amounts less than €500.00, RIBA is not accepted.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • Advance payment by bank transfer.
  • Letter of credit at sight verified by an Italian bank.

FKF always offers assistance even after the warranty has expired, subject to product evaluation, which must be sent at the customer's expense (as specified in our warranty terms). The potential repair may have a cost of €12.00 per hairdryer depending on the problem detected. Our shipping terms vary depending on certain internally established company parameters. We may offer shipping without charge (depending on the value of the goods) or FCA Castenedolo terms, always used for international shipments (CEE + EXTRA-CEE).

Yes, it is possible to produce hairdryers with a thermal fuse safety resistor, recommended for gyms/hotels to prevent overheating in case the hairdryer is left on, thus avoiding unexpected incidents.

FKF hairdryers are equipped with an Italian-European plug, but it is also possible to produce the items with a UK, USA, or ALCI plug.

Yes, all products include 2 nozzles of different sizes for your styling, some are complete with diffuser sometimes even painted the same color as the hair dryer (GLAM NEW). The diffuser however is always available separately for all our other models. For details consult the technical data sheets of FKF products.
